Tell your provider to go to Jack's Glass for your replacement glass. We'll handle all the paper work with them and you will get the best in quality auto glass and installation, including OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) glass or better.
*Kentucky law states that if you have full or comprehensive insurance on your vehicle the deductible on auto glass replacement or repair is waived.
